SMS Terms & Opt-Out

AIEmply sends conversational and informational text messages related to your inquiry with us: replies to questions you text us, confirmations and reminders for consultations and demo calls you book, follow-ups on a conversation you started, and updates about your AIEmply account and onboarding once you are a customer.

We do not send promotional broadcasts to anyone who has not separately opted in to receive them, and we never send messages to a number that was not given to us by its owner.

You opt in by submitting your mobile number on an AIEmply form that includes the messaging consent language, by texting our business number first, or by asking for text updates on a call with us. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from AIEmply.

By opting in you agree to receive the messages described above at the number you provided. You confirm that you are the account holder for that number or have the account holder's permission to use it.

Message frequency varies. Conversational messages are sent in reply to yours. Confirmations and reminders are sent around the appointments you book with us, typically one to three messages per booking.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to every message you send and receive. Check with your carrier for details of your plan.

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final confirmation message telling you that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you opt in again.

You can also opt out by emailing [email protected] with the number you would like removed. Opting out of texts does not affect any consultation, demo or service you have booked with us; we will contact you by email or phone instead.

Your mobile number and the consent you gave us are used only to send the messages described on this page. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support roles, such as the messaging platform that delivers our texts, is limited to what is needed to deliver the service. All other categories of use exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and your device being in service.

AIEmply builds AI SMS Employees that send messages on behalf of the businesses that hire them. Those messages are sent from the customer's own business number, under the customer's own messaging program, and are governed by that business's terms and privacy policy. If you received a message from a business that uses AIEmply, reply STOP to that number to opt out of messages from that business, and contact that business with any questions about its program.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of our messaging program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
