Refund Policy
How billing, our performance guarantee, and refunds work — in plain language.
1. Our Performance Guarantee
Billing begins only after your AI Employee is live and operational — and no credit card is required to get started. If your first paid month delivers no measurable improvement to your call-answer rate or booked appointments, your next month is free. We sell results, not software, and we want the math to work for you before you ever pay. This guarantee is our standing promise; the refund terms below cover the situations it doesn't.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Window (Unused Subscriptions)
If you cancel within 14 days of your first subscription charge and have not actively used the Service, you're eligible for a full refundof that subscription fee. "Unused" means your AI Employee has not handled live calls or chats during that period. To request it, email [email protected] from your account email — see Section 5.
3. Usage-Based Charges Are Non-Refundable
Subscriptions include a monthly pool of minutes; usage beyond that is billed per minute (see our pricing page). Telephony minutes that have already been consumed are non-refundable, because the underlying carrier and AI costs are incurred in real time as calls happen. This applies whether the minutes came from your included pool or from overage.
4. Monthly and Annual Plans
- Monthly plans: the 14-day window in Section 2 applies to your first charge. After that, you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal — there is no refund for the current month once it is underway, but you keep access through the end of the paid period.
- Annual plans (billed yearly at 30% off): the same 14-day window applies from the date of the annual charge. After 14 days, the annual fee is non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you may cancel to prevent the next year's renewal.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and include: your account/company name, the charge you're asking about, and a short reason. We review every request and reply within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times depend on our payment processor and your bank).
6. Cancellations
You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you keep access until then. Cancelling stops future renewals; it is not by itself a refund of the current period (refund eligibility is governed by Sections 2–4). Full cancellation terms live in our Terms of Service.
7. Chargebacks
If something looks wrong on your bill, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of the Service while the dispute is investigated.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
