Pricing Questions
Are there any setup fees or upfront costs?
No. There are no setup fees for direct customers. Billing starts only after your AI Employee is live and working, you don't pay to build it.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No credit card is required to start. You book a 15-minute consultation, we build and test your AI Employee, and billing only begins once it's live.
What happens if it doesn't deliver results?
You're covered by our performance guarantee: if the first month delivers no measurable result, the next month is free. We take on the risk, not you.
What counts as a minute or a message, and what if I go over?
Voice plans include a monthly pool of call minutes: 100, 250, or 400 on Starter, Growth, and Scale, then $0.30, $0.25, or $0.20 per extra minute. SMS plans include 500, 2,000, or 5,000 messages, then $0.04, $0.035, or $0.03 per extra message. A message is one text sent or received. Minutes and messages reset monthly, and nothing is cut off mid-conversation.
Can I start with one employee and add the other later?
Yes, and most businesses do. Start with whichever channel is leaking the most revenue, then add the second one. Your business knowledge is already in the system, so adding a channel takes days rather than a fresh onboarding, and you move onto the bundle price: $179, $449 or $699 a month instead of $228, $598 or $898 separately.
Can I switch plans as I grow?
Yes. Most businesses start on Starter or Growth and move up as volume grows, your AI Employee and its training carry over. Switch tiers or add the second channel any time; the difference is prorated. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans are billed once, up front, at 20% off the monthly price: Voice $119, $319 or $479 a month; SMS $63, $159 or $239; Voice + SMS $143, $359 or $559. The minutes and messages included reset monthly, the same as on a monthly plan.
