What counts as a minute, and what if I go over?
Each plan includes a monthly pool of call minutes — 100, 250, or 400 on Starter, Growth, and Scale. Beyond that you pay a low per-minute rate ($0.30, $0.25, or $0.20) — no surprise tiers, no overage penalties.
Can I switch plans as I grow?
Yes. Most businesses start on Starter or Growth and move up as call volume grows — your AI Employee and its training carry over. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
