Every lead your marketing earns, worked to a booking.
Ownership is yours. Your CRM, your numbers, your automations, your client. We build it inside your accounts and keep it working.
You send your clients the calls and the form fills. Then the owner is on a job, the form sits until morning, and the lead buys from whoever replied first. We give each client an AI Voice Employee and an AI SMS Employee that answer, qualify, book, and keep following up for thirty days, by call and by text, inside the CRM you already run for them. The automations are native, the ownership is yours, and you set the retail.

Hi Dana, it's Ava at Summit Home Services. Thanks for the request. Two quick questions and I can get you a real number tonight. Is this a repair or a replacement?
9:41 PMReplacement, it's about 15 years old
9:44 PMAt that age, replacement is the right call. Marcus does a free on-site measure so the number is exact. He has Thursday 2 PM or Friday 10 AM. Which works?
9:45 PM- Tuesday · no reply yet
Hi Dana, no rush. One thing worth knowing: Marcus can only hold those two slots until tomorrow, so if either works, say the word and I'll lock it in.

Hi Dana, a reminder that Marcus is with you tomorrow at 10 AM for the measure. Reply C to confirm or R to move it.

Hi Dana, thanks for choosing Summit. If Marcus did right by you, a quick review would mean a lot to him. Here's the link.

Sample thread. The names, the times and the trade are illustrative.
One lead, thirty days
Nobody on your team touched it.
This is the thread your client opens in their own inbox: the form fill on a Monday night, the text back in seconds, the call that booked it, the reminder, the review request. Every line was an automation in their CRM or one of the two AI employees reading from it.
- SMSThe green bubbles. The AI SMS Employee, built in your CRM, replying in seconds and following up with a reason each time, never "just checking in".
- VoiceThe call rows. The AI Voice Employee, in your voice account, calling when a call is what moves the lead and answering when the lead calls back.
- AutomationThe grey lines. Native automations in your CRM: logging, pipeline moves, the calendar, the owner's notification.
Read the thread and notice what is missing: no script read at the customer, no jargon, nothing that sounds like a bot. Both employees talk like someone who works there and knows the job. On the phone it is the same tone and the same memory.
See the full thirty daysYou sell the traffic. The lead dies in the five minutes after it arrives.
The client who says the marketing is not working is usually a client whose calls went to voicemail and whose forms were answered the next morning. The campaign did its job. Nobody did the next one.
of calls to small businesses go unanswered on a busy day
per an industry survey
average time for a company to respond to a new lead
Harvard Business Review, 2011
more likely to reach a lead contacted within five minutes than after thirty
MIT / HBR lead-response research
Every one of those numbers is a retainer at risk. Not because the campaign failed, but because nobody worked the lead it produced.
Not a bot. Two AI employees that work the lead for thirty days.
Every AI receptionist pitch you have seen stops at "it answers the phone". Answering is the first five seconds. The other thirty days are where the job is won or lost, and nobody on your team or your client's has the hours for them. This is what gets built for every client, in their own accounts.
- Automationa native automation in your CRM, yours
- SMSthe AI SMS Employee, built in your CRM, in the conversation
- Voicethe AI Voice Employee, in your own voice account
- Minute 0
Every lead, every source, answered in seconds
An inbound call is answered by the Voice Employee, 24/7, in the client's name. If the client's team wants first pick, the calls they cannot answer forward to the Voice Employee instead of voicemail. A web form or lead-ad submission gets a text reply in seconds and, if the client prefers a call-first flow, a callback from the Voice Employee within seconds. Either way the lead is logged in the pipeline with its source.
VoiceSMSAutomation - Minute 5
Qualified with the client's questions, in their order
Job type, urgency, address, budget range, insurance, whatever the owner would ask. On the phone or by text, the same questions and the same pricing rules. It quotes only from the rules in the brief, and where a real number needs a real visit it books the estimate instead of guessing. The pipeline stage is updated and the contact's fields are filled in, automatically.
VoiceSMS - Day 1 to 12
Goes quiet. The cadence starts, and it alternates.
Each touch carries a reason to reply rather than "just checking in", and the lead can answer in whichever channel they prefer. Whichever employee they answer, it has the whole thread.
- DAY 1Text with something useful: an open slot, an included item, a seasonal price.
- DAY 2Call from the Voice Employee with the one question that was blocking them. No answer means a short voicemail and a text.
- DAY 5Text. If a competitor's quote or an objection comes back, it is handled in the thread.
- DAY 12Last touch of the cadence, call or text on the client's rules. Then the lead moves to the 30-day check.
SMSVoiceAutomation - Any day
Switches channel. Same memory.
A lead who texted last night and calls this morning is recognized. A call that ends without a booking becomes a text thread with the quote and the open slots already in it. The customer never repeats themselves, and the two employees never contradict each other.
VoiceSMS - Booked
Confirmed, reminded, and the client told
Into the client's calendar against real availability. Confirmation text immediately, reminder text the day before, reminder call the morning of if the client wants one. Pipeline stage moved, and the owner gets a text that a job landed, whether or not anyone opens the inbox.
AutomationSMSVoice - Day after
No-show, or a quote that went quiet
No-show: a text within the hour with the next two open slots, and a recovery call that afternoon if there is no reply. Quote sent and nothing back: follow-up on day 2 and day 6, then leave it alone. Both on the client's rules, both logged.
SMSVoiceAutomation - Day 30
Still quiet
One re-engagement text, then leave them alone. Older contacts get the same treatment, for people who inquired or bought and gave consent. Nothing goes to a number that never opted in.
SMSAutomation - After the job
Review request. Seasonal check-in.
A review request by text when the job closes. A check-in by call or text when the service is due again: the annual tune-up, the six-month cleaning, the spring booking. When the client wants a one-off promotion sent, that is its own campaign, registered for what it sends.
SMSVoiceAutomation - Any time
STOP, or a human
STOP honored instantly and permanently, at system level rather than in a script. On a call, a warm transfer to whoever is on duty. On text, your client's team can take over any thread from their inbox, and the AI stands down until it is handed back.
AutomationVoiceSMS
One memory, two channels
The Voice Employee and the SMS Employee read from the same conversation history. The customer never repeats themselves, and the AI never says one thing by text and another on the phone.
Feels natural, on both channels
Plain language in the client's own tone. No script read at the customer, no jargon. On the phone it sounds like someone who works there and knows the job; by text it writes the way the owner would.
Every outcome logged on the lead
Booked, quiet, objected, opted out, no-show. Lead quality is marked by what the lead did, not by somebody remembering to do it, so your client's reporting is right without anyone touching it.
Native automations, in your CRM
Nothing bolted on. The cadences, triggers and pipeline moves are automations in the CRM you already run, which your team can open, read and, if you ever want to, edit.
Ownership is yours. Written down.
No white-label, no wholesale rate, no "powered by", no lock-in. It is built in your CRM, on numbers you already pay for, in a voice account you hold, and the automations are yours to keep. Nothing runs on our side. We work inside your accounts as an invited user, so we can build it, watch it and tune it, and everything we build stays where it was built.
Your CRM
Pipeline, automations, calendar, custom fields, contact data, conversation history, inbox, and the SMS Employee itself. Built there, stays there.
Your numbers and your voice account
Phone numbers in your telephony account, carrier registration in your client's name, and the Voice Employee inside a voice platform account you own. Nothing routes through us.
The SMS Employee
Its knowledge base, prompts and conversation flows live in your CRM, next to the automations that run them. Nothing of it lives on our side, so there is nothing to export and nothing we could switch off.

- Prompt and model updates when providers change something
- Support by email or Slack, one business day
- Campaign amendments if the client's use case changes
One setup fee per client. Tiers at four, seven and ten.
You pay per client, not per seat and not per message. Your retail is yours to set, and the direct price on our pricing page is the reference your clients can already see.
The setup fee steps down as you add clients:
- 1 to 3 clients list
- 4 to 6 clients 10% off setup
- 7 to 9 clients 20% off
- 10+ clients 30% off
The tiers track our cost, not a sales trick. After your third client we save your follow-up system as a template, so the fourth onward loads in minutes and the build is roughly half the hours.
The rate card is shared after a short application, so it never sits on a page your clients can find.
Get the rate cardWhat agencies ask before signing
Who owns the client relationship?
You do, without qualification. We never contact, market to, or solicit your clients, during the partnership or after it ends, and that is in the partner agreement rather than only on this page.
What happens if you shut down?
Nothing goes dark. Everything runs in your accounts: the numbers, the CRM, the automations, the SMS Employee and the Voice Employee. Remove our access and it all keeps running exactly as it did the day before. That is the honest answer, and it is why the offer is built this way rather than as white-label.
Which CRMs and phone platforms do you build in?
The ones agencies actually run for local service clients. Tell us yours on the application; if it is one we build in every week, the setup is at list. If it is one we have not built in before, we scope it first and quote before anything starts.
Why a setup fee, when your own pricing page says no setup fee?
Direct customers rent an employee on our infrastructure and own nothing when they leave. You get a follow-up system built as native automations in your CRM, which you keep, plus both employees in accounts you hold. Different purchase, different price.
Why not build it in-house?
The demo takes a weekend. Then it is twenty-five to thirty hours per client, carrier registration that gets rejected for wording, deliverability that fails silently, prompts that drift three months in, models that get deprecated, and call-recording and do-not-call rules that land on whoever built it. That is a telephony operations company, and running one badly next to a marketing agency is worse than running one well.
Our CRM has an AI feature built in. Why yours?
Out of the box, a built-in bot is generic: no shared memory across text and phone, no cadence that adapts to what the lead actually said, no outbound calls in the follow-up, nobody reading the conversations, and you still configure and maintain it. What we build is trained per business, works the lead for thirty days on both channels, and comes with the people who keep it sharp.
Can we start with one client, and with SMS only?
Yes to both, and most partners do. Setup at list for the first three clients; the tiers start at your fourth. Add the Voice Employee later at the upgrade rate, and the cadence gains its call steps the day it goes live.
Whose phone and messaging accounts are used?
Yours. Numbers sit in your telephony account, carrier registration is filed in your client's name, and we do the filing. Nothing routes through our accounts, so deliverability, number ownership and the compliance record all sit where they should: with the business that is sending.
What about consent for reactivation and promotions?
Prior express consent, every time. An imported list is not consent. We run reactivation only against contacts who inquired or bought, with opt-out on every message, and we register each campaign for the use case it really runs. We will not set up a campaign that puts your client's number at risk of being filtered.
How fast can you turn a client around?
One to three weeks from brief to live, both employees included. The range comes from carrier approval on the SMS side, which we file on day one and cannot hurry. From your fourth client the template makes it quicker. The go-live half of the setup is not billed until it is live and you have signed off.
What if the AI says something wrong?
Both employees quote only from the pricing rules in the brief, say so and escalate when they do not know, and cannot authorize a discount or commit to anything you have not approved. Every call is recorded and every thread stored, so a dispute is a question of fact rather than memory. The partner agreement sets out where liability sits in the cases that remain.
We would rather introduce than deliver. Is there a referral option?
Yes. Introduce the client, we take it from there, and you receive 15% of what they pay, recurring. Some agencies start there and move to building once the first client renews.
Apply, or book a partner call.
Tell us what your agency does, which CRM and phone platform your clients run on, and roughly how many could use this. If it fits, you get the rate card and a go-live date for your first client.
We reply to every application within two business days.
